Bella Cosa Construction has done work on my home over the past 6 years. The owner, Bob Hansen, sometimes with assistance from other Bella Cosa employees, has replaced windows, repaired outside walls, rebuilt structures, added doors, painted, removed “popcorn” from the ceilings, installed appliances, installed light fixtures, and many other jobs, as well. His work is impeccable. He provides detailed estimates and has never added additional costs once the work began. I have full faith that Bob’s estimates are accurate and honest, and I never feel the need to get competing estimates. He keeps to his proposed schedule, and, when the job is finished, the area in which he worked is left in better condition than when he began. It has been a pleasure to have Bob working in my home. He is friendly, yet not intrusive. He gets to know how the home functions and is sure not to interfere with that as much as possible. While Bob was doing a job, he always kept me informed of how it was going, asking questions at times, offering his opinion, with the intention of being sure that the outcome exceeded my expectations. I would not even consider having anyone else work on my home.
